Special Information Regarding Coronavirus

The growing Coronavirus pandemic is a global crisis. Much is still unknown about this disease, which was first discovered in December 2019. With rapidly rising numbers of confirmed Coronavirus cases and fatalities throughout the world, as well as increasing restrictions on countless areas of daily life, we find ourselves in an unprecedented situation that, for many of us, is marked by anxiety and fear. We are worried about our loved ones, our communities, the world.

If you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and would like to speak to a professional about your concerns, I can help. I am available for a one-time appointment, as well as for regular counseling sessions. Please note that pre-existing mental health issues may intensify during this stressful period, and I encourage you to seek the help you need.

At the current time, in order to avoid the possible spread of Coronavirus, I will be available to meet with you via a teleconferencing app (such as Skype) or telephone. Please contact me with any questions you might have and/or to make an appointment.
